Steve's interest in photography began at the age of eleven while living in Long Island, New York.
A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, Steven moved to New York City to assist various photographers, most notably, Francesco Scavullo, Bill King, Jacques Malignon, Rico Puhlman and still shooter Hashi.
After four years in NYC, Milan was his home for next two years as he put together a portfolio of tearsheets shooting for Italian magazines.
Once back in the U.S., he procured a studio on West 37Th Street in Manhattan and has been based there since.
When not in NYC, Steve can be found at his farm in the country where he enjoys his two boys, motorcycling, and flying his homebuilt gyro-plane.
